Welcome to the 3rd European Logistics Summit

The Alliance for European Logistics (AEL) hosted the 3rd European Logistics Summit at the Stanhope Hotel in Brussels on 26 October 2010, 13h45 - 18h00.

At the 2010 summit, the AEL launched its Technology Roadmap for Logistics and presented Vice-President and European Commissioner for Transport Siim Kallas with a Summit Declaration containing recommendations for a comprehensive strategy for green transport and logistics technologies.

The 2010 summit follows on from two highly successful European Logistics Summits. At 2009's sumit, the AEL presented the Commission with 10 recommendations for the Future of European Transport Policy. In 2008, key industry representatives signed and endorsed a summit declaration, available here.
